Abstract
The changes in the world economy decisively influence the daily work of companies, making it necessary to prepare professionals from universities who are equipped to face these challenges more appropriately.
The present article embraces an analysis of the administration of university talent in students with high academic performance and how the management cycle contributes to their continuous improvement. A procedure is proposed using the Delphi method for generating the actions to be implemented, under a conceptual approach through a bibliographical review related to university talent management.
